Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping for orders EUR 50+. We ship every day. The products will be delivered within 2 working days in Slovenia, 14 days in EU, 21 days other world. Digital products are out of the shipping policy because there are downloadable.
Upon receipt of the payment the order, unless otherwise agreed, physical product is shipped by Express Delivery Service. In the event that Express Delivery Service employee is not able to deliver the shipment personally, they will leave a notification stating a phone number client can call for a delivery appointment. If Express Delivery Service is not contacted, they will try to deliver the order again the following day. If Express Delivery Service employee is still not able to deliver the shipment personally, it will be returned to Slomazon.com after two days. The return charges, of a minimum of EUR 50.00 €, will be at Shopper’s expense. The shopper will remain obliged to pay the invoice. Shipments cannot be delivered to a post office box, as a signature is always required. For all shipments a minimum rate of € 12.50 will be charged per shipment, per batch. Any cancellation, shipment or administrative costs will never exceed the agreed upon total sum.

Guarantee, Returns & Replacements
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means 100%. We can’t imagine you wouldn’t like our products or service, but if you don’t like the item for any reason we will refund your full purchase price, no questions asked (Unless you want to give us feedback). For other items we will refund your full amount as long as the item is returned and unused. If you are unhappy with a product and would like a replacement we will replace it with something of the same purchase price. We cannot accept returns of any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Ordering
Slomazon.com requests information from users on our order form. This is required to complete sales orders and to keep you up to date regarding its status. Users must provide contact information such as name, address, email, and phone number and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes, to complete sales orders and to ship products. If there is difficulty in processing or shipping the order, we use this information to contact users.

Your credit card will be credited directly after the purchase. Product price + Tax + Postage = Total price. Total price means end purchase amount in EUR. We do not charge any additional costs or require any financial security.
The cardholder will be debited directly after the goods have been delivered or the service has been rendered completely. On your credit card statement a purchase made on our website will be shown as: Booking.si +386 31324100
